Leavell Up Fitness Membership
The Leavell Up Fitness Membership is a virtual inclusive fitness space that strives to help people feel connected to their bodies and part of a movement community. As a Coach, I provide Cardio Jam, Dance Cardio, Strength, Kettlebell Strength, and Stretch + Mobility classes!

1:1 Training EOY Special
Looking for 1:1 support to check your form before the end of the year? I’m offering a special for new clients to join me for in-person or virtual 1:1 sessions for just $75 per session (usually $100 per session).

New clients may redeem this offer as many times as they wish during the offer period, but availability for sessions may vary based on the trainer’s schedule.

Holiday Harmony: Navigating Food & Body Love!
This workshop is all designed to help Black women navigate the holiday season's conversations around food & body. We will explore the intersection of anti-fatness and anti-Blackness as a foundation to explore how to maneuver questions about body size, health and nutrition at the family dinner table.
Kettlebell Basics Workshop with LWL (2 Hours)
Are you curious about those kettlebells sitting in the corner of the gym, but not sure where to start? Join Ashantis and Jenna to learn about all things Kettlebell training! Let us show you all the different ways you can use this versatile piece of equipment to build strength, endurance, and power.
You’ll learn how to choose the right kettlebell sizes for different exercises so you can challenge yourself without hurting yourself. Master basic ballistic skills like swings and cleans. Learn how to use full body tension so you can lift heavier than you ever thought possible. We’ll also show you how to get comfortable in the rack position so that you can progress to fun kettlebell flows without the annoying parts like banging your wrists and ripping your hands.
Both Ashantis and Jenna are trauma-informed and weight-inclusive trainers, well-versed in how to help you find variations of exercises that feel good for your body. Together we’ll break down why certain rules around kettlebell training exist so you can decide when to follow them and when to break them.
As a courtesy to immunocompromised participants, we kindly request that you take a Covid rapid test before the workshop and consider masking! We will have air filters running throughout the studio space to support a cleaner air supply.
Stretch + Mobility (45 min)
Join us for 45-ish minutes of stretch and mobility. This class will have some flow and change levels (from standing to floor) AND modifications are always encouraged. You can bring your mat, extra padding, a yoga strap, something for balance and really anything that helps you get a good stretch!

Dance Cardio Express (30 min)
A fun & and energizing 30-minute workout that blends Hip-hop, Latin-inspired dance, and cardio principles to improve your endurance, coordination, and relationship to movement! Most of the choreo can be done in a chair and I invite all my class members to do what's best for them in the moment. Since we're on Zoom you can keep your camera off during class and only come off if you feel comfortable doing so
What you need for class: a chair (preferably armless), sweat towel, water, supportive footwear if you would like!
Please note this class is for Leavell Up Members (learn more here) and non-members can drop in for $5 and drop-in folks.

This is a most levels class that will primarily utilize Kettlebells as our tool through a full body workout, but you can complete the same movements with a dumbbell or no weight if preferred. We recommend a yoga mat, a 10lb or 15lb Kettlebell (or dumbbell), a sweat towel, and water. You’re welcome to wear flat shoes if you’d like.

Best of Chicago 2024 Nominations
As 2024 begins to wrap up, nominations for Best of Chicago are open and I would LOVE your support as I campaign to get on the ballot for Best Personal Trainer and Best Exercise Class, both under the Sports & Recreation category.
Nominations can be made here and final voting will take place December 2- 31,2024, with winners released in Chicago Reader’s Best of Chicago issue on March 6, 2025!
Stretch + Mobility (50 min)

Body Kind Nutrition Launch
Body Kind Nutrition is a meal preparation program that supports people with gentle nutrition from a weight-inclusive approach. Created by Eleni Levine, MS, RDN, and Ashantis Jones, MEd, QMHP, CPT the BKN mission is to assist folks as they learn to build body trust through nourishment.
Created with busy folks in mind, this program provides each member with 2 recipes per week and a corresponding shopping list. Each recipe is designed with a balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and fiber to ensure BKN members consume various nutrients with their meals. We are hosting this membership on Patreon and officially opening our paid memberships on September 30, with the first round of recipes being released in October!
Outdoor Dance Cardio (45 Min)
A fun & energizing workout that blends Hip-Hop, Latin-inspired dance, and cardio principles to improve your endurance, coordination, and relationship to movement! With great music and a supportive atmosphere, you'll have a blast regardless of your dance or fitness background.
Modifications and short breaks will be provided throughout the workout.
This class is being offered both in-person and virtually!

*FALL* into Wellness: Empowering Black Women
This virtual workshop is all designed to help Black women discuss their wellness goals as the summer months wrap up. We will explore habits and structures that can positively impact the wellness journey, along with tips for the unique challenges that Black women face in achieving their holistic wellness goals.

Movement For Every Body Launch: Dance Cardio Party (60 min)
Movement for Every Body by Dr. Marcia is out on August 13th! Let's celebrate with breathing, stretching, and dancing. Free to join, but registration is required! The vibes are Megan meets Afrobeats, so we shall be throwing lots of @ss!

A special one-time event: Join Courtney and Ashantis for a collab class! 60 minutes of dance tracks and strength exercises, with the option of adding in light weights, featured alongside a hot playlist and a ton of sass. You will feel strong and are guaranteed to smile/laugh - and hopefully leave feeling connected with your body! And - some sexy vibes. :)
