Stretch + Mobility (50 min)

Join us for 50 ish minutes of stretch and mobility. This class will have some flow and change levels (from standing to floor) AND modifications are always encouraged. You can bring your mat, extra padding, a yoga strap, something for balance and really anything that helps you get a good stretch!
