Join Ashantis for a fun & and energizing 45-minute workout that blends Hip-hop, Latin-inspired dance, and cardio principles to improve your endurance, coordination, and relationship to movement! For the month of February, we are highlighting Black musical artists and Black history. This month's Dance Cardio will include a curated playlist that may include more explicit versions of hit songs. Most of the choreo can be done in a chair and we invite all class members to do what's best for them in the moment. While "throwin ass" is not a requirement, it will be HIGHLY encouraged!
Since we're on Zoom you can keep your camera off during class and only come off if you feel comfortable doing so
What you need for class: A yoga mat, a chair (preferably armless), a sweat towel, water, and supportive footwear if you would like!
This class is available to Leavell Up Members and non-members to drop-in!
