Therapy can help you discover ways of unlearning unhelpful beliefs, building motivation,
improving relationships, finding your way, and feeling more content.
Coaching is a designated time for you to work on yourself from an action-oriented point of view.
As a coach, my goal is to help you uncover the tools you need to support
your holistic health and ensure you feel purpose in doing so.
We may be a good fit if you are focused on navigating body respect, eating concerns,
career-based trauma, executive functioning, substance recovery management,
or how to navigate systems of oppression.

Personal Training

Your physical health journey is your own. My goal as your trainer is to help you enjoy movement and be thankful for all your body can do. I do not engage with intentional weight loss or specific aesthetic changes. We may be a good fit if you are focused on navigating movement without weight-based or aesthetic-based goals. I also specialize in supporting folks living with chronic pain conditions.
I offer in-person + virtual live 1:1 sessions and custom-written programming via the Stronger Together community with Lauren Leavell. In-person sessions at JT Training Studios will be subject to an additional space rental fee of $30 per session. Clients can utilize the Allegro Reformer for those sessions at no additional charge.

Mind + Body
Mind + Body is a package for anyone interested in both mental health coaching and personal training. This package was created to support folks in body image and eating disorder recovery.
Two 30-minute training sessions + two 30-minute coaching sessions per month | $250
Two 60-minute training sessions + two 60-minute coaching sessions per month | $500

Body Kind Nutrition
Body Kind Nutrition is a meal preparation program that supports people with gentle nutrition from a weight-inclusive approach. Founded by Eleni Levine, MS, RDN, and Ashantis Jones, MEd, QMHP, CPT the BKN mission is to assist folks as they learn to build body trust through nourishment.
Created with busy folks in mind, this program provides each member with 2 recipes per week and
a corresponding shopping list. Each recipe is designed with a balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and
fiber to ensure BKN members consume various nutrients with their meals.
To make this program eating disorder/disordered eating client-friendly, the recipes do not list total calories.
We do provide approximate protein and fiber contents of each meal, which may vary based on personal serving size
and vegan or vegetarian substitutions. We want to ensure that clients are consuming adequate fiber
because most Americans are not meeting the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) which is
25 grams per day for AFAB folks and 38 grams per day for AMAB. In addition, we include tips for how to use up
leftover ingredients, low-energy swaps, cooking basics tips, and suggestions for swapping proteins based
on current dietary restrictions.

20-Minute Pilates-Inspired Core and Glute Workout
