Cardio Jam (45 min)

A fun & and energizing 45-minute workout that blends cardio, HIIT, kickboxing principles to improve your endurance, coordination, and relationship to movement! While most of the choreo can be done in a chair, this class does include some kicking movement.

Regardless, I invite all my class members to do what's best for them in the moment.
